I showed up for my appointment on-time and Taylor said she had no record of it. I showed her my confirmation email from August 1 and she said that it was booked on the old system and she couldn't do the service since she was booked back-to-back. I'm appalled she didn't honor my appointment (since it had clearly been booked first), did not apologize for the inconvenience, and acted all-around unprofessionally. Such bad customer service and rude.

My appointments NEVER start on time. I have had to wait 20-25 minutes AFTER my appointment start time. Very inconsiderate of your clients time.

Today I went to see Jule to get my lashes filled before my beach vacation next week and she made me look like I had a fresh set of lashes. Great attention to detail and very focused!

I had a great experience on Saturday, right before a black-tien party I attended that night. Jewel did my make-up perfectly...the best I've ever had. Although I did chose a style from the look book I wanted minor deviations and she did them exactly how I wanted. As a blonde, blue-eyed (older) woman, I have often experienced make-up people who want to put dark black liner and way too much make-up on me. Jewel had that artistic eye and knew just what I needed for a toned-down glamorous look for my black-tie party! I can't wait until next time!

I really appreciate the time that both Laura and Jewel spent with me. We had to "diagnose and then treat" the problem with my lash extensions. The last person who gave me a fill spread glue all over my upper eye lids which caused me to lose my own lashes. After discussing options they suggested I have my extensions completley removed and a new set applied there at Butterfli Me. What a difference! They are now natural and beautful. Thank you Jewel, who put them on, and also Laura, who manages the studio. It is much appreciated!

Very disappointed/: I chose this place because a friend referred me and they had a lot of good reviews... so I booked my appointment for 5/29/2017 with Jessica since I saw many good things about her and Kathleen. I initially asked for natural wispies as long as Kylie Jenners and I was given short natural basic look.. So I said ok it's fine and she explained care for the lashes and I went on my way. That same night 2 lashes fell out but I wasn't like that's fine. The following day about 10-15 lashes fell out so I called to get an appt to get them retouched up. I was shocked at how many came out after only 1 day and right now it's been about 5 days from the day I went to get the touch up and almost all the lashes have fallen out.. one eye has about 2/3rds of the lashes while the other only has about 1/3rd of the lashes.. Mind you I did not get them wet or use any makeup remover or mascara or anything on them. I only brushed them out at 3 times since I got them done. So very disappointed for the price I paid and the length of time they lasted. I was told they should last 2-3 weeks with good upkeep but I guess not.. These we're supposed to stay on and look good for my trip but My lashes looked all wonky and disappointing.. wouldn't go back..

I bought the groupon to try a new place. Taylor told me they sten't taking new customers and aren't selling packages. Had I known this I would NOT have purchased the groupon. The groupon is for 4 sessions and a minimum of 6 is required for results.

Hello, My appt was saturday at 1pm to prepare for a wedding. On Friday I got a call pushing my appointment to 115. I arrived at the salon at 1:15 and they told me they were running 15 minutes behind. 45 minutes later they were ready for me. Had I known it was going to be this long until they were able to start working on me, I would have left and done my make up myself. By the time I got home I had to rush around to be ready for the wedding on time with barely any time to do my hair or anything else. It was a very unprofessional experience. My mother is a hairdresser and she agreed. Also the stylist doing my make up smelled like cigarettes which put me off as she was working on my face with her hands. Overall it was not the best first impression and I will likely not be back. I was so excited to relax and have someone else do my make up for a change but this was not a relaxing experience.

I enjoyed the treatment and the girls were very nice. Definitely will visit again.

I had a great first experience getting lash extensions. Jessica was GREAT and very sweet as well!!! I am pleased with my extensions however moving forward, I think I'll need to request either longer lashes or more extensions (I don't have many eyelashes to begin with). But I want to look more like I'm wearing mascara without having to apply any and I don't think it looks quite that way. It was my first time doing this and Jessica gave me what I requested, "a natural look". I've recommended this studio to many of my friends already!

My boyfriend was spoiling me to a night out for my birthday and I wanted to look super nice for him. I initially wanted only my hair done but when I found your site I was extremely excited you offered it ALL in one place!!! I scheduled services to be done on my birthday. Dry Styling Hair, Eyebrow Wax/cleanup, Full Look Make Up, Quick Eyelash... It was very clear and the receptionist even gave me a price break down for the items we were scheduling. I received several different emails confirming the appointments. First off my name was spelled incorrectly, even when I spelled out my name for receptionist. Then I received a phone call the day prior to my appt. and it was caught then that they had scheduled me for two Dry Styling hair instead of the eyebrow waxing. They assured me they would correct it because I wanted the whole experience. I arrived at your facility early - very clean, simple and gorgeous all wrapped into one - like I was hoping to be! My appointment was set for 2pm with Taylor. Taylor was very sweet & professional. Taylor started to Full look process when I asked her at what point will they do the eyebrow wax.. Taylor looked in the system and said they didn’t have that down for me – they had two Dry Style. Taylor said NO problem – we can still get it taken care of. Taylor took me to another room and asked another worker if she could do my eyebrows. It was only 2:05 at this point, the girl looked at my eyebrows which were NOT bad at all. Just needed some clean up & reshaping to match on both sides. This stylist continued to look at me, was a bit harsh, not friendly at all & was very hesitant and kept on saying she had an scheduled appt coming in at 2:30…. I’m NO professional but I know it wasn’t going to take 25 min to do what I needed done. I was taken back by her lack of customer service and couldn’t accommodate my services when I was already there on time and was getting the whole ordeal. Especially being my 1st time in your facility. Taylor apologized and stated that she would clean up my eyes and she did. Just a note – I paid attention to the time and the 2:30 wax client did NOT show up on time and that was business lost on her part for your company along with a bad taste in my mouth. Again – Taylor was amazing, she knows her work.. But I feel that customer service is a BIG issue especially when your company is new to the industry and you are looking for your clientele to spread the word about their experience there! Maybe you should have weekly meetings with your girls to express customer service is EVERYTHING! Maybe go out of your way to make a New Client/Birthday girl feel like she is queen there – since that is why we went to your facility in the 1st place. I wish you the best of luck – and I still believe that it’s a GREAT concept and hopefully you grow to the SGV area!!!

I made an appointment for 5 p.m. on Saturday that same morning. When I arrived, the staff did not have my appointment on the book since they had not refreshed their screen all day. It was a bit awkward but, other than that, my appointment with Kathleen was fantastic. I loved what she did and felt that she listened to me and considered where I was going when choosing colors. (I gave her free reign.)

The worst makeup I have ever had! Foundation separated due to being caked on. Eyes had no definition, two big purple eyes. No mascara on bottom lashes, almost none on top. Plus, this was no lesson, rather just an application. 2 hours in the chair!!! This is what I look like after a 5 minute make up job before going to the market, except my foundation does not separate. Had to wash my face and redo makeup before my dinner date.

Hello, I just wanted to follow up and say that I LOVE your studio. I attended on May 20th for a Full Service look that was applied by Shiver. I found her to be friendly, professional, and enjoyed sitting in her chair. The studio is fabulously decorated and feels chic, modern yet still comfortable and welcoming. The girls at the front desk were each very friendly and helpful upon my arrival & checkout. As for my makeup application, I was pleased with it overall. I am NOT a beginner with makeup... That being said, I am very particular and it takes quite a bit to really impress me. I appreciated Shiver's application and feel like she asked many appropriate questions regarding the application. Again, she was VERY professional and communicated well. I would rate her a B+ for the overall "look" acheived. I'm a picky gal... That's a good grade from me!! Lol! As for the process, let me first remind you that I came in on one of the opening days. I kept my expectations at bay before arriving, knowing this was a "Run Through". It was a bit hectic at the front desk for check-in. There were 3 of us together with appointments. All in all, we were greeted and informed within a reasonable amount of time and with professionalism. During the application Shiver did have to step away many times to track down the proper brush or product to apply. The stylists were sharing brushes it appeared. That would really be my biggest criticism. It seems to me that each station/stylist should have its own set of brushes and products. Overall, I (and my cousins) truly enjoyed our time and applications. I will be back and look forward to signing up for a monthly membership. I am very interested in taking classes to improve my techniques and learn some new tips! Good luck! Hope this helps
